Limemark Capital is a small-business funding broker, not a lender. It does not make credit decisions or set rates or terms. Funding partners review each request and decide. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan.
Limemark Capital Is a Funding Broker, Not a Lender
Limemark Capital does not lend money and does not decide on credit, rates, fees, amounts or repayment terms. It takes funding requests from businesses, explains the funding types and passes each request to funding partners. Each partner applies its own standards and makes its own decision.
Offers and Credit Checks Come From Partners
An offer comes from a funding partner and is governed by that partner's agreement. A partner may check business and personal credit as part of its review. Accepting an offer is the business's decision.
A Merchant Cash Advance Is a Purchase, Not a Loan
A merchant cash advance buys part of the receipts a business has not yet collected. There is no loan balance; the purchased amount is delivered from receipts as they arrive.
No Request Is Assured of Funding
Sending a request does not mean any partner will make an offer. Limemark Capital cannot predict approval, amount, price or timing.
